I have a proven track record of managing and coordinating complex CX projects, delivering value-added services to clients across various industries and regions, and developing new business opportunities through innovative and digital solutions. Today, as a Global Partnership & CX Senior Manager at SANDSIV, I am responsible for growing revenue generated through partners, such as consulting firms, system integrators, and resellers, by providing them with the best-in-class CX platform and support. I aim to book more revenue and improve retention by driving overall annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth in a highly scalable way. I also leverage my expertise in CX, service design, and process mining to enable and empower partners and clients to achieve their CX goals and transform their organizations.
