Kpunsa F. MBINKAR is a Customer Experience Strategist, Author, and Coach. He is currently the founder of CX Touchpoints Group a leading Customer Experience Transformation organization in Africa. He plays a key role in the public and private sector customer experience transformation in Cameroon and other African countries. Kpunsa is a key actor in several CX Transformation projects and activities in Cameroon, such as Cameroon’s largest customer experience gathering ( The Cameroon Customer Experience Summit), and Cameroon’s pioneer customer experience professional body (CACEP). He heads the first country-wide research on customer experience in Cameroon (The Cameroon Customer Experience Index) and leads diverse CX Transformation projects and training with leading brands in Cameroon and Africa. Kpunsa is the Author of several customer experience books and articles and a lead consultant in the creation and development of several international customer service/experience certification programs. His areas of expertise span from strategic Customer Experience Management, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering to CX training and performance management. He is an ardent public speaker, an enthusiastic customer experience coach, and an African CX/AI Visionary.
