Christine Teta

Teta Christine serves as a Senior Customer Experience Manager at NCBA Bank Rwanda PLC, a regional bank that commenced operations in Rwanda as CBA in 2018. With over 8 years of extensive experience in Customer Experience, Teta has demonstrated a deep passion for positively impacting lives, which has driven her success in leading various transformative projects across the Logistics, Tech, and Banking industries. Teta holds a Bachelor's degree in Agri-business and Rural Development from the University of Rwanda, complemented by an MBA from the University of South Wales. She is also a dedicated advocate for women's empowerment and has completed a course in Women in Leadership at Stellenbosch University, further solidifying her commitment to fostering gender equality in leadership roles. As a co-founder of iDebate Rwanda, Teta plays a vital role in shaping the organization’s mission and vision, and she continues to contribute actively as a member of its Board of Directors. Outside of her professional pursuits, Teta enjoys traveling, singing, and reading. She is married to David Asiimwe, and together, they reside in Kigali, Rwanda.
