She has led and inspired teams to contribute and transform the organizations and currently leading the Customer Experience Management Department at the Bank of Kigali ., She holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration (BBA)from the University of Rwanda , a Master's(MBA) Degree in International Business from Oklahoma Christian University, Change management certificates from INSEAD Business School ,and the culture Factor . Marie Francine has attended series of leadership and service related trainings and has been instrumental in creating and leading excellent service team building within and outside the industry
