Delsi Ishimwe

Delsi Ishimwe is a passionate customer experience professional with a rich background in call center management and customer service. Currently serving as a Call Center Supervisor at Old Mutual in Kigali, Rwanda, she has been instrumental in optimizing team performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, and strong in managing CX performance. With experience in roles at GardaWorld, Unicaf University, and Access Bank Rwanda, Delsi has honed her skills in customer service, team leadership, and process improvement. Driven by her passion for customer service, Delsi hosts a podcast where she discusses various aspects of customer service and shares her insights on how to make the CX world better. Through her podcast, she engages with her audience, offering strategies and ideas that can elevate the customer experience industry. Delsi holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and journalism, specializing in Public Relations, from Mount Kenya University, also certified as a leader in One Africa Leadership Development Program. Fluent in English, French, and Kinyarwanda, and proficient in a range of CX technologies.
