With nearly six years of experience in the marketing and public relations arena, I, Christelle Aimée Umuhire, have dedicated my career to shaping strategies that resonate deeply with customers and drive brand growth. As the Marketing & PR Manager at SONARWA General Insurance, I have been at the forefront of initiatives that not only enhance brand visibility but also foster genuine connections with our audience. My journey in marketing began with a passion for understanding what truly drives customer loyalty. Over the years, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of how businesses can align their strategies with the evolving needs of their customers, ensuring that every interaction adds value. This belief has guided my work at SONARWA, where I’ve been instrumental in integrating marketing and PR efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships. I hold a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Mount Kenya University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University. These academic experiences have equipped me with the strategic insight and communication skills necessary to drive impactful marketing efforts in a rapidly changing world.
